My name is Bill. This is my Shack back in the 1982, when I lived in Fontana,Ca. 26 years later - I have the same setup (Now Yorba Linda, Ca). The old Kenwood is still a solid Rig.

Have old, beautiful but unfortunately non-functioning Astatic desk mike.. Would like to re-wire it for a piezo element.. any suggestions out there ?

Here is my "play" area conveniently next to my bed. I have all the bands covered from 160m - 70cm. Equipment included are: ADI 144, 220 and 440 rigs. Yaesu FT 2800, Kenwood, TS530s, Citizen CB, Grundig shortwave radio. All powered by a homebrew supply, a daiwa supply w/gell cell
